"Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues, and the office is always open and very inviting. Keisha and Katrina are very quick to help when needed and are a joy to talk with. It's also very close to many stores and places to eat. In the year we've been here I can say it's one of the best places I've lived so far."

"Rolling creek has terrible management when it comes to the care and safety of the tenants. Bed bugs were found and not taken care of the way they should’ve been and none of the surrounding tenants were notified as they travel through walls and outlets into adjoining units. They did not treat the other units and now others have them. This is a disgrace and horrid of them. I am extremely disappointed in this complex for the lack of communication and decency to do their jobs! Shame on you, and shame on you for demanding that tenants pay for the treatments when you did not handle the situation from the beginning."

"I’ve lived here for several years and have enjoyed being here. It’s a beautiful setting and great location to get back and forth to Portland. The management is super easy to work with and they take good care of the property. Other than a few squirrels getting into my plants because my cat isn’t doing her job, it’s a pleasant place to live."
