"Looks are good most days. Lots of drug users. Theft rings often park in a van and move things into an apartment. Either manager doesn't have a clue whats going on other property or they simply don't care! There has been police raids and or chasing criminals from the property."

"I have lived here for more than 5 years. I have had SEVERAL management companies and new managers along the way. While most of the former managers were kind there is particularly one I have found to be OUTSTANDING!!! Her name is Kimmy Lynch. I have run into issues and she is quick to resolve them. She is always answering her phone or emails in timely manner. She always has a positive outlook and compassion for her tenants. She goes above and beyond to help where help is needed. I appreciate her and all her efforts to make this a nice community to live in. Thank you Kimmy! I appreciate you!"

"Recently St John’s Park Apartments has gone under new management. They have been absolutely great! My fiancé recently passed suddenly and with his death and COVID I have been struggling financially. I’ve been on list to help with rent but have been waiting for months. St Johns has been supportive and understanding and giving me time while I wait forward this help. There was also some confusion about a monthly fee that I was needing to pay. Christian (Management) took the time to find out if I did agree to this or not. I appreciate all their help and support during these difficult times. Kindness goes a long way. Absolutely great customer care!! Thank you Christian for all your help!"

"I cannot thank the managers here enough. As a person with a prior eviction and property debt, no one would even speak to me about renting let alone take my application. I was treated with respect and they helped in every way possible. Sydney the manager even put me in touch with the church who delivered what they had to help me. I have never heard of that before. "We moved last June to this apartment complex from Mississippi!! Pictures on internet is not what we got and yes we were tired after driving for 3 days pulling a uhaul and had to meet off sight to sign the lease!! Unfortunately it was sight unseen, our fault and boy are we learning from our mistake!!!This place is horrible!!! Always loud music, if you are on the bottom floor you hear every little sound from upstairs (even every flush of toilet or every time they turn on the water), never enough parking, 4 washers and dryers for the entire apartment complex (if you are not standing over the machines others will take your clothes out and throw them on a dirty shelf behind the dryers), and you can NEVER reach managers!!! Adults and teens hanging out in the small parking area in the center of the apartments all hours of the night and morning!!! Yelling, fights, fire trucks and law forever being called!!! NOT family friendly!!!! I don’t know why they have covenants or ruled cause no one abides by them and management don’t care!!! I can’t wait for my lease to be up!!! Longest year ever!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!!"
