"Lived here since October 2021. Good rent, safe area, pretty responsive, maintenance and management. The management tends to be picky on little things but at the end of the day it’s to keep a smooth sailing community. There’s community events which is nice. Good place to live, especially for being my first ever apartment since I was 18!"

"I live in our other building its a great,calm quiet place with spacious nice living. Great management and helpful staff. Buildings are kept up to par and maintained extremely well. Matiance is always on call and after hours too. Close to shops,restaurants,banks,Safeway and most in walking driving distance. Easy to locate easy access to and from near I-5 Freeway and SR 500, hwy 14 all close Bus accessible within a block or two. Lots to do pubs great food. A great place and affordable community living at 13 west and 15 west up one block North larger complex both excellent locations and relaxing place to live highly recommend. Many fl9or models and handicap units available 5 floors, community areas,on site managers m-f 8-6pm. + after hours assistance for maintenance and emergency situations. "I really don't know where to begin with this place. I lived here since opening. I love this apartment and all of the staff. They were really on top of things. A team that felt like family from management to maintenance. I wish I didn't have to move. Not many apartments complexes would I write a review on because you don't find this kind of servitude and warmth with anything anymore especially a place like this. Loved calling this place home."

"I love these apartments! Great location, plenty of things to do within walking distance, and the apartments are very quiet inside. The only noice I've heard since living here for a year was people coming on going out the back door that's right next to my front door in the shared hallway."
