"This is a very bad place to live! The office works awful. They don’t solve people’s problems. The office is often closed, they don’t answer calls. Every time I came with my question - they promised it’s gonna be solved, but no one time they did that. There are few parking places for visitors and they are always occupied. When my guests come, they can’t find free visitors place and it’s dangerous to leave the car on another place, cause the office calls a tow track. Because of the office, living there is bad."

"Stay away from this place. Plan on never having guests! No parking for them. They towed our truck while we were moving in! After office staff said we could park at specific spot to move in. Visitor parking spots have had same vehicles in them for months! They couldn't even tell us what company towed the vehicle!? We had to track it down and pay, ourselves."

"I don’t ever review places but after living here for over 5 years I think I can weigh in. Parking is horrible. Most families have more than one or two cars and there isn’t place to park them. Even if you’re parked legally in a spot that is not labeled otherwise - you’ll get a towing notice sticker placed on your car. Their laundry room and exercise room have been closed for over a year. Recently it’s been exceedingly more difficult to pick up your mail from the mail room because the office is constantly closed. Not to mention rent going up and none of our needs being met. Had we any other place to go, we would’ve left long ago. Would not recommend."

"Horrible place to live! They will stress you out until you move. No parking for your visitors. They only allow you to have 1 car when obviously 2 people need to work in order to live these days! If you need to have another spot then it’s $100 extra for a garage. 1 car allowed yet they only provide 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The maintenance guy is very rude and will take anything he has on you and make you look bad to all the new managers. Cause ever since irina left, they can’t seem to keep anyone in the office. I was told things in my home won’t be fixed until I move out. We have had 3 walk throughs since November and they note everything that needs to be fixed but never come to fix anything. They are so quick to leave papers on your doors or tag your car to be towed but nobody ever answers the phones and hardly ever in the office during business hours. 1/10 on this place. I’ve been here since 2015 and it’s just going down hill. Do not recommend living here to anyone."
