"I have lived in my apartment for years, always had a mold problem and it seems to not get better. The parking sucks you have to be home early enough to even find a parking unless you wanna park in the street, the area is loud and a place were a lot of homeless pass by screaming or even knocking on your door. The workers rarely come and fix things when you ask for assistance so you have to do mostly everything yourself."

"Love living here, office manager Rebecca is amazing. Apartment is beautiful inside spacious and made the perfect home for my family.. Neighbor's are nice and quiet, kids all play safely outside, nothing has ever gone missing out of my car or my patio. Very happy about living here"

"This place isn’t as bad as most people would think. Its family oriented and the maintenance guys are amazing. It’s changed so much since I have been here in my nearly 5 years here. I don’t get to know management much and when I do they swap out to someone new but they have all been friendly with me and responsive. However, the best part is Jorge and Chris! Jorge was the one to fix my apartment up for me before I moved in and has been the one to handle all things that need to be fixed anytime I ask. He even goes out of his way to check on other things in my place that I might have missed and fixes them for me ahead of time. He has given me so much advice over the years and always keeps up with my kid (who adores him and loves chatting him up every time we see him) and myself ! He is such a sweet man and I hope to always have a maintenance man like him. Thank you Jorge for being a stand up man and a great pillar to this community!"

"Manager is extremely helpful and friendly and the apartments are immaculately clean upon move in and well kept, the property is getting updated with nicer things all the time (like laundry units and such). And pricing is very decent for a two bedroom and Manager is willing to work with you on certain things."
