"Move in was great and smooth Anna Mae did so great. Cleaning crew did leave right before we did the walk through which I didn't care about. The painters did leave a few paint splatters on the floor which was noted by Anna Mae as well as some water damaged area in the shower which was also noted so I could avoid getting charged for that damage. The only thing I do not like is that the oven was on slef clean which smelt awful. Other then that these are spacious, open, lost of counter space, lots of lighting, fireplace is pretty cool. Been living here for about a year now and there are some flaws to this apartment complex. I do think they need more then two maintenance guys which I've only ever seen one and this last few months I've seen none follow up with mainstream requests."

"Apartments are nice and previously maintenance hasn't been very quick but wasn't much an issue. However I have now been waiting over a month for a service request and the dumpsters are always absolutely disgusting even after they doubled our monthly fee for garbage claiming that would keep them clean. Edit: 8/24/23 service request still not completed and added new photo"

"First impression, property clean and peaceful. Welcome package and everything was great. My apartment was clean and only minor issues. I really like the management of property and the cleanness and respectful neighbors. This is a large complex and has to be looked at accordingly, so when a person writes about garbage etc. It should be noted that every section has their garbage section. Mine is no problem and I live just besides it. Loved the spaciousness of my apt. Taylor is one of the sweetest person I have encountered during renting a place. Very detail and respects, caring and gets back to you quickly. I find this refreshing and adds to my comfort."

"People are muy dramatique. Honestly, the staff are great and helpful and my neighbours are chill and nice. It all depends on who youre next to and stuff but I've had no issues other than some typical apartment type things like toilets needing to be fixed or handles that need to be screwed in again. Apartment living is never going to be perfect, it's genuinely just how the luck of the draw is."
