"The old management/ maintenance team took months to get things done. They force us to pay for trash valley but I went a year without a can so trash was always made Mess by cats and squirrels and causes the entrance to the units to stink amd have ants. Now there is a new management team as of this month and the maintenance teams is alot faster friendlier and efficient. The new manager seems to truly care and has already made this a better place to live. Greystar taking over was a great change."

"I've lived here for almost a year now and I have NEVER had any issues with staff, or the grounds being "infested" with needles or bodies lying around the complex. The pictures of the trash happened one time when the compactor broke down, something that is out of the staffs' hands. Something the staff also has to endure while they wait for the owners of the equipment to repair or pick up and replace. This happened one time and didn't last very long. I've read so many reviews on here that are so falsified I'm curious if they were denied or got kicked out for not following the rules. Management is GREAT. They have always worked with us and ALWAYS make the tenants concerns priority. To be as frank as I can without trying to be rude, the negative reviews sound like a bunch of self-centered, entitled and conceited individuals that expects the world to revolve around them. That nothing should ever go wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if they asked staff to control the weather and traffic for them too. If you are looking to rent here, you should come take a look for yourself. The place is beautiful and quiet. The staff is very considerate, and nobody bothers you. A++ for The Meadows at Cascade Park!"

"Shouldn't even be a one star ⭐️. We moved here in July this year and had problems since we moved in and the lease isnt even halfway done and we already want to move out. The maintenance team sucks, the leasing office sucks. Dont move here unless you want to never have anything working in your apartment, trash being piled up, constant flies, maggots due to trash terrible odors everytime you go outside. People leaving there dogs outside locked up for 24hrs a day barking at anything and everything that moves, people not picking up there dogs poop. Its terrible. We moved here from Colorado and ONLY SAW the pics online and when we got there And it was NOTHING like the pics we saw and everything inside was either sloppy done or hanging on by a thread, mold throughout the entire apartment, nasty mildew musty smells, door knob screws used to hold the bedroom bathroom doors up, nothing but trouble here and problems nothing ever gets fixed. TRASH NEVER GETS TAKEN CARE OF. You have to fight the office and maintenance to get anything fixed. But when its the apartments turn to enter your apartment and do whatever they want they come immediately. Not when there is an emergency with your dishwasher or washing machine or plumbing problems those take about 5-7 days to get fixed. I'm very concerned for anyone who moves here. I hate it here and dont want to be here anymore but stuck due to the lease. Do NOT MOVE HERE. i can post and add so many more pictures but dont wsnt to disgust anyone. Just dont live here unless you like to live like a pig and in disgusting environment."

"So much to say. It's such a beautiful place, lol. They have trash valet service. Nothing is more classy than putting your trash on your porch so someone can come late into the night to pick up your trash. Living here, you will enjoy seeing the dumpster always overflowing and the sweet, sweet smell of rotting trash 365 days a year."
