"Lived at Anthem Park for over 7 years. Mostly nice neighbors, management, and maintenance people. Pretty well maintained building and grounds. Management is responsive to tenant concerns and repair needs. There is a community room, laundry rooms on 4 of the 5 floors, a single elevator that is usually in good working order, covered and secure underground garage with assigned parking spaces, and a small, modest, but sufficient fitness room."
