"I have loved living at Haven Hills! The management and maintenance team are extremely kind and responsive and address concerns immediately. I also have a little escape artist of a dog that they've rounded up more than a few times and even brought him back to my apartment while I was at work. The grounds are clean and well maintained, and the complex is quiet and peaceful. I love that they're right next to WSUV college and a safe neighborhood as well because they have many walking trails/sidewalks you can easily get to. Overall above and beyond complex and team! Thank you for everything!"

"I wanted to express my pleasure with John in the maintenance department. It was brought to John's attention that the jets for the complex hot tub were not working. This has been a chronic problem due to children messing with the jets in the tub, but John has always done his best to take care of the problem as soon as possible, and this was no exception. From the time I asked him about it, it took only a week or so for him to contact the people needed to fix the problem. I wear heavy equipment for work, and the jacuzzi is a must to ease the pain. I want to thank John and the staff for their prompt service..."

"The team here really swayed my opinion - I had a rough start due to some unfortunate scheduling (won't get into that here) but my entire year here has been great. The maintenance guys (specifically John and Russell) have always been prompt, pleasant, and professional! Ryan is a great assistant manager of the property and made sure to always follow up on my requests. They really do care about their reputation with residents at this place, and the apartment units themselves were good quality and suited to my needs. If they had 3 bedroom apartments I don't think I'd ever leave."
