"I have lived in the North Glen Villas for over 6 years. The staff here is exceptional both management and maintenance. I especially like it is a gated community. I feel very safe here. The grounds and buildings are maintained impeccably and the maintenance staff is just a text away. The monthly clubhouse meetings are good to get to know your neighbors and the IDM staff. I give this place 5 stars."

"Quiet, friendly community. Management and maintenance always ready to help with whatever issues you may have and quickly. Lived here for quite some time now and it's nice. The valet trash/recycling is definitely a nice perk. No more having to carry a bag of trash or recycling to the dumpsters, just set it outside in the bins they provide you and it gets picked up."

"We LOVE living at the NorthGlen Villas! It’s been 3 years of living here and growing in life with my partner. We enjoy the apartment unit itself with our fireplace on during those cold PNW months and our patio to sit on during those beautiful sunsets. The community and staff are all so nice and welcoming. We especially are thankful for Jen our maintenance friend. She responds so fast and timely, while being nothing but kind and respectful to us and our pets. The community events that are put on are always a fun time to meet other residents and converse with the staff. Thank you Drew and staff for creating a wonderful place to live and grow in community. The complex is well taken care of, the office and maintenance staff are helpful and skilled (and fast) whenever we need something, the pool/hot tub are always well maintained. The office communicates all the time with us to keep us in the loop of goings on around the complex and they are always so welcoming and pleasant."
