Food delivery app was a key contributor to our enjoyment, we didn't have to leave to enjoy great food while watching the game in our clean room."

"I stayed here the night of the snow storm and we had lost power at my house for 12hrs. I checked in around 11pm and the moment I got there the concierge Jonathan was soooo helpful. He helped me order food and just have such excellent guest service. The lobby where he was stationed was freezing cold but he still had such a warm soul and positive attitude. I was having such a rough night and his hospitality made my stay exceptional. So shout out to him."

"I was able to get a room at this hotel after losing power in my apartment on January 13th, as most Portland folks did that day. After no heat or hot water or the ability to cook for two days, my room at this hotel was such a refuge. The room was attractive and comfortable, and the views weren't bad either. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast the next morning in their restaurant was enjoyable. I definitely would stay here again."

"We booked our hotel room months prior to our stay, reserved a king bed. Upon entry to our room we see two queen beds. We go back down to the front and the agent tells me they over booked the hotel by 10 rooms and “at least we got you in a room”…couldn’t even mention while checking in that this was the case…then we have dirty used cups in our room and what looked like lipstick on the bathroom counter."

"Wonderful time! We were checked in by Dion who was so upbeat and complimentary, we walked away feeling great! Our room was perfectly equipped and comfy and we had a great view. We were there for a concert at the Moda and this was a perfect location, only took 15 min on the MAX to get there. We were starving when we got out of the concert and even though the hotel doors were locked for the day, they allowed our pizza delivery. On top of that, I forgot a charging cord which they found and held for me to come pick up. So lovely! Would absolutely stay again!"
