"I am an executive elite member with National and rent very frequently for work. They overcharged me on one of my many rentals from them. I was working with them to fix the issue and they completely stopped responding. Completely unprofessional. The people working there are nice but if you get overbilled, don't expect to be helped getting it fixed."

"Always a good experience with National. PDX location was great. Smaller selection of cars in the Emerald Isle, but great options. Ended up going with a 2023 RAV4. Only had 16,000 miles on it. Car was clean and full of gas. Return maybe took 5 mins. Already have another rental booked with National for next month."

She offered to try and check me out in her lane and successfully found my reservation with Emerald and processed the check out.
