"Don't try to email them when you have a serious question. There was a system error on their end and they never updated my status. The email team wasted me three weeks by throwing canned messages. No effort to understand the situation or correct their own mistakes. I had to call and leave voicemails and luckily there was someone who finally understood and started working on the issue. Many thanks on the phone agent and shame on the email person."
