"I learned about them from Google Maps. I had an option to do my consultation on the phone or in-person, I chose the latter one. Once I arrived at their location - Columbia View Wesleyan Church, David greeted me with a warm welcome. After a quick and short orientation and paperwork, I proceeded to their office and began my appointment with Serena, a DOJ Accredited Representative. Due to current COVID-19 situation, all safety requirements were met - masks, 6 ft distancing, ventilation. I felt very safe. The appointment lasted ~ 30 min. All my questions were answered in a simple and easy manner. Serena provided a detailed explanations of all the differences between different visas, mentioned all options that are available to me, described a variety of possible paths that I can take with my immigration matters. Throughout the whole process, she was professional, courteous, respectful, polite. I was very pleased with all the information that I learned from her, all the immigration knowledge that I obtained. After I left their office, I felt much better about my immigration situation. I understood my exact options and what I can do about it. I came as a stranger, left as a friend (and, maybe, a client). David and Serena are incredible people. Very outgoing, helpful, kind. If I'll be needing any immigration help in the future, I know where to go now.
