"Wish I could give less than 1 star. This place is disgusting. Reeks of cigarettes and weed, everything is broken, there was no microwave or TV remote when we got in the room, it says they serve breakfast on Google but they don't. Worst of all they're trying to price gouge in a time of crisis because there's an ice storm and everyone needs a roof over their head. DO NOT stay here"
"Good spot but rooms are very poorly kept and pretty old building and they charge like it's a nicer new hotel but is definitely shabby but I still enjoy staying there just don't expect to be blown away"
"The only thing good about this place was that it was close to a venue that I went to. I was shocked at the terrible smell both outside and inside the room. The lights were dim, but you could still see the broken furniture, and moldy bathroom. The floor felt like its was going to cave in everyone I want by the door. Outside it felt VERY unsafe because there were sketchy people begging for cigarettes, and sleeping on the sidewalks. I would NEVER recommend this dirty place to anyone!"
"The suffocating smell of tobacco in the entrance was only overthrown by the smell of pee from the carpet of my room. The room was not vacuum-cleaned for a week, and we almost didn't want the towels and sheets changed, as the "cleaned" ones appeared to have even more stains. The majority of the guests seemed to be staying for just one night, so I wouldn't recommend it for women traveling alone. The neighborhood seemed better than the city center, but still didn't feel very secure. The only perk is that it is at a walking distance to the conference center."
"Oh man - this was not a pleasant experience. Check-in is at 4 and we arrived from out of state at 5. There was a sign on the lobby door that they would be back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes from when?! We waited and waited, them gave up and got a bite to eat. There was someone at the front desk when we returned. We got our room keys and entered the hallway and it smelled horrible. Our room smelled musty/moldy. There weren't any blankets or comforters, so I went up and asked about it. I was told you have to ask for them. I asked. The room was really used up. Broken things, the hair dryer gave out after a couple minutes. I began having a stuffy/runny nose after about 1/2 hour in the room. I have allergies to cats and mold, and we suspect that both had been present in the room. The lobby is only staffed for a few hours every day, so if you want to check in or out, make sure you know what the hours in advance. I'll share some pictures to help you get a better idea of our experience. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Seriously!"
