"I came in and said they sold me fake shoes than he was haitning on the drip i was wearing so than he said my real bape hoodie was fake and thats why i am writing the review the employees here suck, they have fake shoes, they all suck at fortnite, they are all brokies. i will be suing them shortly for this."

"They do not care about you or what you have to say. They just want your money. I tried calling and a little kid answered the phone and then finally a worker answered. Try asking a question and they will try to belittle you the whole time. Hangs up mid conversation when I’m trying to see what inventory they have. Each time I go into the store they don’t even greet you it’s like they don’t want you to be there or something. No wonder they’re losing more and more business as time goes on and the store is always empty. I’ve followed them since they were at the Southill Mall and the customer service has always been awful."

"If I could rate a zero I would! Horrible customer service almost criminals. Zero return policy after 3 mins sitting outside the store explaining the currency exchange difference after a mixup of $269 and $369. Our poor son once he knew with the exchange was costing him $530 tried to exchange but they have a zero exchange policy. We stood outside the store for 3mins explaining the cost to our son. Then went back in and the staff said there was nothing they could do. The same shoes are half price online and all have refunds. I was told by 5 different stores not to buy there but he wanted his Nike dunks. Don’t go, have patience and order online from Goat. Never buy a thing from these crooks. I never want a kid to be taken advantage of like these guys did. Long upset ride. Poor kid is out $530 of his own money!"
