"Makes me sad to write this after referring several customers to them. I had a great experience when they fixed my basement ac in Oct 2020. They took the unit out, replaced both fans, cleaned everything, new capacitors, etc. It was as good as new! Fast forward to June 2021. On the road and the ac breaks, which is rare that quickly, especially once they’ve been rebuilt. They tend to last a long time. I call them up and was hoping given that it was such a short time ago, they would warranty their work and make it a priority to get me in. FYI - I spent $1k on the repairs with them in Oct 2020. Instead I was met with rudeness, and a refusal to simply “write down my name” because they “have no way to do that” until after they move. I asked if I could be brought in ASAP after they move and was told “we can’t commit to anything and you’ll have to get in line behind all our other customers”. I asked if he thought maybe given that it was such a short time ago, we could be made a priority.. the answer was no. Obviously flustered (both of us) at this point - I asked for direction on where I could go instead. The guy proceeded to hang up on me. I raved about this place to fellow travelers and colleagues, as we are apart of several RV groups. I sent at least 3-5 people to them in the last 6 months. I was blown away to be treated this way - and I never received a call back (after I called and spoke to someone else and explained what the hell had just happened). Those of us who have RVs know how frustrating it is to find good people/places to help with repairs - I really thought I had found that with this company. Oh how wrong I was! Even when given the opportunity to do the right thing (this call was two weeks ago) - they refused."
