"Received a very nice bouquet. But ordered this for valentines, which was suppose to come with a heart balloon and a box of chocolates. Did not receive them. Called the store and they were going to refund me for these two items. Never got the refund. The delivery driver just left the arrangement on our porch. Never rang the doorbell. Good thing the day was pretty nice and the arrangement was not damaged by the cold. Not sure I will order from them again."

Received a phone call from Flower Co saying they did not have what I ordered but would replace it with something tropical and just as nice. My friend received an arrangement of leafy plants, no flowers at all. Nothing like the more modern, simple arrangement I ordered. Disappointed."
