"Wife and I worked on the ceva logistics account. We were not pleased with the way we had been treated. Sitting for Days in Ga on numerous occasions. They would get upset when we ran out of hours, after informing them that we needed a restart. We stay out 3 to 4 months at a time. We felt unappreciated. One of the DBL even told my wife that she would get the fuel bonus, but that I wouldn't get it. Didn't quite understand that. We are on the same truck. Unorganized.. Updated we are on a better account getting great miles have a superb DBL leader who atleast seems to give a Dam. We still run 3 months out at a time and we are able to get a restart Every Weekend."
"I had applied for a senior customer service role within the company and was given a call to set up a phone screening and then a phone interview. The member of their corporate recruiting was hard to get a hold of and I eventually had to call to the main office to speak to a rep and have them transfer me to a different member of the department to have my phone interview scheduled. The recruiter whom I spoke to at this point during the interview was nice and seemed well fitted to his role within the company. He went over some aspects of the job and was also mindful that I had a limited amount of time for the interview, he was direct and to the point. He advised he wanted to push me through to the second interview and that a member of the corporate recruiting department would contact me to set up the on-site interview. I was reached out to by a member of that team named Shawna S. via email and was given a list of times that were available to meet with the leadership that would be conducting said interview. I was going to be working on those days and had asked what they had available the next week. It has been multiple weeks since I sent that reply and have heard nothing from Shawna. I have left multiple emails and voice-mail and have received nothing in return. I had called the main line, requested to be transfered to the department, and the rep I was speaking to at the time advised that Shawna was not only working but also available to receive the call. The company is not worth joining if they host a culture of negligence and ineptitude. I have never had a job, THAT HAD REACHED OUT TO ME TO BEGIN WITH, waste so much of my time and not have the courtesy to even provide a simple follow-up."
"I wouldn’t even waste my time with this company. They disqualified my application because of a none preventable accident that I couldn’t avoid. Lindsey was my recruiter on the owner operator side and she was the absolute worst person I could’ve gotten to be honest! Best of luck to any driver leasing on to Schneider."
"I hope this way we can get some attention to what kind of garbage drivers we have here on the road. It does not represent Schneider as a whole but it is their name on the door. These guys (seems to be a team truck) just threw out their entire garbage at the Pilot parking lot in Belmount,OH. If somebody wants to know where the bad rep of us drivers is coming from? There you have it. Schneider, I Hope someone of you reads this and addresses it accordingly."
