"I rented a studio apartment at Criterion Promenade and absolutely loved it. The location is amazing- right on the Promenade in downtown Santa Monica. They remodeled the entire interior of the building, but kept the classic exterior architecture that my girlfriend jokes looks like a fairytale castle. I picked the interior unit which was important for me because it is very quiet. The exterior units on the actual Promenade have a lot going on outside, so be mindful of this depending on how you sleep. Charlene and building staff are all awesome, only had a couple problems with garbage disposal etc and they fixed quickly. Overall highly recommended, just wanted to pass on my experience.."

"Love this building! You can't beat the location. Located right on Third Street Promenade and three blocks from the beach. You would think that by being on Third Street the units would be noisy but it's not at all. I can barely hear any noise from my unit. The management is also great. They keep the building clean and are very responsive. Great building and comfortable living. Would definitely recommend to friends."

"Manuel the super was very helpful. I left something in my apartment I absolutely needed for work and he overnight-ed it to me in NY. He does a great job and is very attentive. All of my requests are taken care of promptly. The residences are all brand new and nice although a little small but that is expected given the proximity to the beach. Overall, I am very happy with the experience."
