"Just stayed 3 nights here and had a great time. The valets were amazing, the front desk staff were superb, housekeeping did a great job. The front desk manager Violetta was extremely helpful as well. The resort fees ($40) and the valet fees ($65) are a bit expensive but was offset by an otherwise amazing experience."

"Has a wonderful stay at The Pierside. We got in late and decided to eat at the restaurant downstairs. They have a happy hour with great drinks and appetizers. The service was excellent. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location. Walking distance to all sorts of things to do. Glad we chose this place!"

"Fantastic hotel! We had never been to Santa Monica before and the hotel made us feel safe, comfortable and everything was always clean and orderly. The staff were knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly and having the beach right next to us was great! My one reservation is that the noise/lights from the Santa Monica Pier were still a bit audible even from the top floor. We will still be returning for a second stay!"

"So much to say!! Payton, Noah and Adrian from Pierside hotel were above and beyond! Gabriel at the fox restaurant inside Pierside was also amazing! Room prices were a little higher than I expected but service made up for it. Our flight was delayed so we were able to get a late check out to explore the pier. They also offer complimentary beach gear for hotel guests. It came in handy! We checked out a surfboard, beach towels and towels for 2 hours. I mainly picked the hotel for location to the pier due to wanting to go out late and having ease of walking a short distance. Definitely recommend!! PS I don’t remember many hotel names but all of those young men were so polite. My brother and I definitely had a fun experience and conversation with them!"
