"Fast and hassle free move in. Plus it has pool and the staff looks super chill."
"Would leave zero stars, if possible. Property is disgusting, maintenance might as well not exist. Management is an absolute joke, especially Ashley, she is the worst manager I have ever encountered. You will have to deal with rude people, unsafe living conditions and negligence on every level."
"I wanted to like this place but could not due to the terrible onboarding process. When I applied to the property, I got approved but no one ever called me, instead I received a lease with someone elses name on it. I tried to call the office and no one answered so I left a voicemail but no ones returned my call. So I had to keep calling through out the day until Isabelle answered. she was confused and had no one by name on file. I could hear her talking to someone which later I found was Ashley (the property manager) Isabelle said she would have Ashley call me back. Ashley did call me back and apologized and said I was approved but gave me the wrong lease. I understood because mistakes happen and she apologized and sent me a new one by the end of the day. When I went over the correct lease the total due did not add up correctly. The amount I was told to pay verses what was written down (which was significantly higher) didn't add up. I had to keep calling through out the day just to get someone to answer the phone. Isabelle couldnt tell me why the amount due was larger and couldnt explain how the math didn't add up right either. She told me to disregard it and to just pay the "special" price. I told her I didn't feel comfortable since its a contract that could be used against me later. I asked her if I could speak to Ashley but she never let me. She just kept relaying messages for her. Finally, Isabelle told me they would get it corrected before move in day and she would email me. No one ever emailed or called me. I had to keep calling several times through out the day until someone answered. Isabelle stated that her manager was unable to modify it and that I could either pay the entire amount or take their word for it and pay the lower price while leaving the amount due price on the lease. This wasn't a good answer, and I felt like no one was listening to my concerns. I opted not to sign the lease since no one could explain the charges to me and were unwilling to change them. Amber Grove Properties missed the mark."
"If only I could give them negative stars!!!! The manager Ashley Taylor is grossly under qualified, has a terrible attitude and only cares for herself. After explaining that I get paid after the 3rd(which is the cut off for late payments) I get a eviction notice on my door. This shows how little Ashley Taylor knows about her job.(just google it chick, it may make you a better manager…. But I’m sure it won’t) Dealing with her is bad enough but The units are in terrible condition and even uninhabitable. I have open electrical outlets in my unit and the a/c unit is about to fall out of the wall. This is by far one of the worst places to live in sac. I can’t wait to talk to their corporate office about how bad this place is. STAY AWAY!!!!!"
