"Stayed here Super Bowl night, and it was a great staycation. It's close to a bunch of bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar is amazing clean friendly staff, just great. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. 100% recommended 10/10"
"That is amazing pretty much everything about high-end hotel. Everything at the beginning of a check-in process all through the checkout process was amazing. Room was so clean without any dust. Happy hour service with them. Drinks were also pretty good. One thing of my concern is parking, it is not included in hotel stay at this my case. Other than the parking stuff everything was perfect. Thank you."
"My son, daughter, and I just stayed one night at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel in Sacramento. We stayed in a 2 Queen Premium Room with the Golden 1 Center View. The hotel was luxurious, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I sent a message to the hotel ahead of time to tell them that we were celebrating my son’s birthday and ask if they do anything special for birthdays. They responded back and asked what kinds of stuff he liked. They had a note, some cans of soda, and a basket of goodies waiting for us in the room when we arrived. I said the Kimpton social media password (Chalet All Day), and the lady at the front desk smiled and brought out a plinko-style board. My son dropped a disc shaped object into one of the slots in the board and it landed in box 5. We were handed an envelope that corresponded to the box and in it was a card that said “comped parking” ($40 value). It is a great location especially if you are going to a concert or basketball game at the Golden 1 Center. I would definitely stay here again!"
"We have stayed her several times for a staycation. We love it so much that this is where our proposal happened with the help of the amazing staff! Each time that we return, we are never disappointed. Both the regular rooms and the suits are amazing. The 1 bedroom suite has the huge soaking bath tub in the shower which is super nice. The beds are always comfortable. The sockets to plug in next to the bed are getting a little loose but that is literally the worse thing that can be said. Staff always does something special like leaving us cold drinks and a lovely snack in our room. Will be back many more times!"
"My boyfriend & I stayed at the Kimpton Sawyer this past weekend after attending a concert at Golden 1 Center. With it being the beginning of December, the lobby was decked out in holiday decor, which made it feel really special. The service here is top notch, from valet to check-in to breakfast room service, every touch point felt first class. There were a few pain points (room 602) should Kimpton management care to look into them: the climate control in the room sucked. We were both hot, and it felt like no matter what we did there was just no airflow. The door to the balcony did not lock, which felt unsafe given the next room shared our balcony with only a tiny divider. The outlets next to the bed are too loose to hold a plug, so our phone chargers kept falling out. The handset on the phone didn't work; you could only make calls on speakerphone. And lastly, the Coke Zero I grabbed from the fridge tasted flat, and sure enough the expiration date on the bottom of the can was from about a year ago. I didn't inventory the rest of the fridge or snack drawer, but it made me wonder... how often are they checking the freshness of room amenities? Overall, it was a really nice stay and we will likely be back when we come into town for another event!"
