"Clean and cozy room! The parking lot is indeed quite a tight fit but manageable. Solid but standard hotel breakfast. I slept well. The water pressure for the shower was very weak."

"This hotel is filthy. The elevator didn’t work. The hallways smelled absolutely terrible. Water pressure terrible. Parking is really not an option unless you have massively compact car. The driveway in and out of below ground spaces is dangerous. It is in walking proximity to Med Center but everything else is a hard pass. Don’t waste your money."

"I booked through this hotel's actual website, not a booking website, and the webpage reloaded about 3 times while I was trying to finalize my reservation. There is a tiny checkbox asking about membership that you have to check before it will proceed. This was a last minute trip to visit a family member in the hospital on Christmas. Luckily, we were excited they had a room. We came to check in on Xmas Eve, at around 6pm (doubt they were expecting many additional people to book a room at that point). They couldn't find our reservation (which I had made around 10pm the night before). Upon double checking, we realized that we had accidentally booked our room for the night before, in the confusion of having to re-enter my information 3 different times. It auto-fills the current date when you make a reservation. The woman at the front desk could not have cared less. We were told that the rate we had booked was non-refundable, but they would gladly take our money to pay for a second night. (The hotel was not booked full, by the way.) It's Christmas and we didn't have it in our budget to spend 2x the hotel room cost. Luckily, the Kiwanis House made an exception for us to come stay there (as some of our other family members already had a room booked there and it's usually 1 room per family). I definitely won't be back to give this hotel my business after the way they treated us (I told them we were there to visit family in the hospital). It's a shame, because it truly is in a very convenient location. But thank god for the Kiwanis House because otherwise our Christmas would have been ruined."

"I have never stayed at such a dirty hotel. It was disgusting beyond words. The carpet in the hallway was so dirty that it looked like it had not been cleaned in 10 years! We had mold in the bathroom. Wallpaper falling off the wall above the bed. This place is a 1 star at best. Find a different hotel!"

"I wanted to stay in East Sacramento so opted for Hotel Med Park, but in hindsight they were better located, similarly priced options. It was however a step up from a motel. They have a fitness room, computers at the front desk, free breakfast, and free parking. Breakfast was simple, carb-heavy fare (cereal, Quaker oats, waffle maker, bagels, toast, and yogurt). Free parking is available however the underground lot is accessible via a sharp right turn. There are limited spots, but you can call the front desk ahead of time and ask them to check if there is space. I had no problem parking but I was just there one night. The room was decently comfortable although WiFi was spotty and there was no closet. I did appreciate having a TV, blow dryer, desk, bedside outlet to charge my phone, and sofa. The staff I interacted with were nice and happy to answer any of my questions which was a plus."
