"The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. (One issue: the sink faucet. Really? Improper size for the sink means water got more on the counter than in the sink.) The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The conference rooms were well-equipped, comfortable, and had plenty of light as well as large windows. We would happily stay again..."
"Upon checking out, I was told the next available airport departure shuttle was in 30 min. I decided to walk across the street to get some snacks at the grocery store. Upon leaving the store I called Hampton front desk to ask if there were other guests waiting for the shuttle. The man said no and it was fine if I was 5 min late at the hotel entrance to catch the shuttle. He then confirmed my name and guest room registration at the hotel. I arrived 5 min late just like I said and the hotel attendant said the driver left for an airport pickup. The desk attendant told the driver that I was on my way walking across the street but the driver left. The desk attendant had assured me there was no pending urgency and he had informed the shuttle driver that I, the single passenger, would arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled departure. The desk attendant told me that the driver refused to wait but didn't call me back to inform me. When the driver finally arrived 30 min later he was upset and argumentative. If the driver would have simply waited the 5 min allowed and assured by the desk attendant. Hanna was the supervisor on duty. The shuttle driver was Bruce. I did not get the gentleman's name attending the front desk who allowed me the 5 min window and informed this allowance to the shuttle driver."
"Counter tops are nice. Tub was clean. Bathroom was clean. Coffeemaker, microwave, mini-fridge, and bar sink in room. Rooms are super dated. Stained curtains. Stained couches. And everythings intentionally brown to hide stains - but it only makes it feels dirtier. Don't be fooled by the good looking lobby pictures. I literally put a towel down on the couch to sit - it was so disgusting. Generally not what I expect from anything branded Hilton as the endorser brand. A bed's a bed, don't get me wrong - but if you're traveling for work, swing for a new-build and go somewhere else that's more updated...or at least clean...and more than just "but the bed was clean" clean, because I'm definitely expecting someone to respond to this comment and defend the hotel. The front desk team was super friendly though! Complimentary water bottles and quick to change my room after a quarter-sized wolf-spider ran out from under the table leg."
"Be VERY careful. If you call the phone number on Google for this hotel, you will get a third party that will try and charge you ~$70 on top of the base rate, taxes, and fees. It is pretty scammy, and surprising for a Hilton property. Really cashing out their brand."
