"I have had the pleasure of working with our maintenance man, Gustavo Orozco for the past 3 years. He is amazing and can fix anything often fixing things I have tried many times to fix. He has a broad knowledge of maintenance issues. He is soft spoken, polite, considerate and always does what he says he will do. Prior maintenance staff at this apartment have just blown me off and acted like my issue was beneath them. Gustavo never considers a request too trivial. My living at Artisan Square is much improved by having him here."

"This by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in my life. Not only is it overpriced it is filthy and kids run around at all time of day broke our screen window which the maintenance has yet to fix. Not to mention our AC has never worked and we moved in last May they came to “fix it” twice and nothing it doesn’t work. I brought it up again recently and nothing he didn’t come when he said he would.The maintenance is very hit or miss sometimes they come when they say they will or they just don’t. Sometimes stuff is fixed other times it’s not. Our upstairs neighbors are insane. They are loud all hours of the night from domestic violence to pounding on floor. Not to mention one of their friends standing outside our window yelling up to them at all hours of the night or day. Which makes me feel insanely unsafe. They are definitely selling drugs or something upstairs. I have had to call the police more than I can count and nothing is ever done. One time one of the people who lived there climbed from the stairs up our patio to theirs’ above and fell into ours and my roommates had to call an ambulance. My brother awoke to them throwing stuff either out of their window or balcony. We have emailed them multiple times and nothing. Nothing is being done. I don’t feel safe in my home ever and I can’t wait to leave. I hate it here. I barely get sleep because they’re so loud. I’ve had them also throw garbage into our patio. Not to mention they let their dog pee on the balcony and it drips down into ours. So much of my roommates and my belongings covered in pee. Packages and food delivery stolen multiple times. The 2 in 1 washer and dryer is terrible it barely fits a handful of laundry and takes all day to dry. Having to dry the same load 3 times and everything to be wrinkled is so tiring. I’ve had unattended children bang on my screen window trying to steal my cat. Not to mention not to mention our neighbors hopped into our balcony and plugged an extension cord down into the outside outlet and stole power from us because theirs was turned off. They sent over police and cps because there was a child present. Nothing came from it. Later sewage came flooding through our bathroom fan and flooded the apartment. The parking is a nightmare. One time they towed our car on a late Friday night and we couldn’t get it out until Monday. But just our car being there until it opened on Monday counted as a day on top of the other days and it was 500 bucks to get it back. Living here has been absolute hell and I don’t recommend it. It’s not safe or clean. Should’ve been an immediate red flag when they wouldn’t let us see the apartment until we signed our lease. Feels like this whole place is a trap. DONT MOVE HERE NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY BUTTER YOU UP ITS ALL BS."
