"Zero security, maintenance, or cleaning. Homeless people enter the building and hang out in the hallways. Laundry rooms are filthy and receive no maintenance or cleaning. Staff is essentially nonexistent and do not enforce any rules. Its a jungle."

"Lived here for several years and it's gone downhill. Unsecured building allows for homeless people to roam free after leaving feces and trash everywhere. You may find one sleeping in the hallways or garage. Take months to fix anything you'd think no maintenance is employed. Pay for parking just so your spot can be taken by public parkers and they contract a tow company with one driver. Summer months they refuse to turn the a/c on in common spaces like the laundry room."

"I have lived at the Hardin Apartments coming up on two years. I have had NO issues. I absolutely LOVE living here. The apartments are fairly new (I believe they were built about 3 years ago) as far as the apartment alone I have had NO issues within the last two years of living here. I have never had to make a single work order since living here. My apartment is in perfect condition. As far as the noise is concerned, yes I do here my up stairs neighbor walking through out the apartment but that is normal apartment living. My next door neighbors are so quiet & I have had no issues. My neighbors & the leasing office have been great from day 1. Daniel the assistant manager has been nothing but helpful since day 1. I love living here & highly recommend the Hardin Apartments to anyone looking to live in a Beautiful nice place in Downtown Sacramento. Yes, your living in a Downtown city, there will be lots of homeless in the area that just comes with city living. But I feel extremely safe at this apartment complex. Highly recommend."
