Reviews
"We just moved in about 6 weeks ago. So far, everything has been excellent. Joy and Beau are very helpful and kind. Only downsides to this place are the small gym, (gets very hot in summer), and the small parking spaces! But we’ve been able to find street parking, and so far no issues. Overall, I’m very happy with this place and love the location."
"I don’t understand the bad reviews honestly. Been living here a couple of weeks, and so far I really love this apartment , neighborhood, and especially management. Myrissa has been awesome! She’s been welcoming and accommodating, but I especially appreciate her promptness in email communication with my bajillion questions since I toured the building back in early August. Ernesto the maintenance manager is professional and prompt as well. Met some neighbors and ppl here are overall very nice and friendly."
"I’m sort of new to Sacramento, so I don’t know too much about the specific neighborhoods and their personalities. But I’m from LA and I’m used to city living, and I can tell that Midtown is a great area to live in for a young working professional like me. So checking out St. Anton was a must for me. I’m glad my partner and I got to meet the property manager Myrissa - she was patient and helpful, and as far as leasing agents / property managers go, she was one of the friendliest and understanding people I’ve met so far while going touring various properties in the Sacramento and even West Sacramento area. I’m a little bummed that my partner and I found a different place closer to school/work, but I know we would’ve been taken care of here at St. Anton. The units here have spacious balconies, and there’s even a rec room and a shared patio hosting area. So considering the neighborhood, amenities, and property as a whole, I think St. Anton is a good choice for anyone who wants a combination of busy city and quaint neighborhood."
"I have lived in this apartment building all the way from summer of 2019 all the way to the end of April of 2022. The perks of this building used to be good, back when management actually cared about taking care of the place. In my first year of living there, the rooftop used to be a perk that anyone could enjoy. If it was chilling on the rooftop or using the grill to barbecue. The gym was nice as well. As soon as 2020 hit, things started going downhill for Saint Anton. Management at the apartment always made me feel like any of the issues I had within my apartment were a personal issue. The excuse was always "A Work Order" being put in but never following through. You would think with the pandemic happening in 2020, the gym would take higher caution with taking better care of the gym. This was not the case at all. In fact, me and other people who lived in the apartment would take turns bringing paper towels and buying our own supplies to sanitize machines to help maintain the gym so that it wouldn't look unsanitary and would actually keep the equipment clean. The bathrooms in the gym were atrocious. Disgusting and we're not maintained. Also, I forgot to mention, you can no longer use the rooftop without an extra deposit and a reservation. Deposit was between $300 and $500. Absolutely ridiculous. And upon finally leaving, the last month of us living at St. Anton, the building became very sketchy and unsafe to live in. It's sad to leave such a horrible review because I personally like to think well of places. But I have to go off of my personal experience within the last 3 years of living there. The one good thing I will say is the maintenance man who works at St Anton is an incredible worker and he works extremely hard to make sure everything is working the way it's supposed to. Also, the cleaning ladies who come every once in a while do a good job cleaning the building."
"I moved into this building about 4 years ago. When I first moved in, it was nice, it had the perks of you being able to go onto the rooftop anytime (no reservation nor deposit needed) and also, St Anton had a CLEAN GYM. These last few years, this place had declined. Service is absolutely horrible, the communication between management is the most unprofessional service I had ever received. Cars get broken into all the time due to the amount of homelessness that breaks into the building. Do yourself a favor, and STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! The only great thing I could possibly say is that the maintenence is great."
