"I have lived here for a few years & enjoy living here. Management is responsive and maintenance is friendly. The rent is affordable compared to other surrounding apartments. For the price and amenities Sunflorin is a great choice!"

"I lived at this apartment complex for a little over a year. Positives, management is nice and friendly. Negatives, there are coach roaches in the units, bad curry smell, old dirty appliances, black swampy walls, pool cannot be used because it’s not maintained properly, laundry room smells like mold, loud music, nails on parking grounds, cars speeding in and out of a one entrance, gate always broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are desperate. It’s over priced and a rip off. Please be cautious with your deposit too, no matter how clean the carpet and unit is kept, you will most likely pay what I had to, a total of 385 to clean. I for one do not leave reviews but I feel l had to for this apartment complex. If you decide on moving in, I recommend you look in the back of all applicants and check your cabinets for sticker curry residue. I was unhappy with the amount of roaches and eggs found in my stove top and other appliances."

"While living here I had my trailer stolen from my parking spot mind you it was locked up. I had my vehicle broken into twice. People were always dumping stolen vehicles in the resident parking lot. A lot of break ins were accruing and or happened to other residents while I lived there seemed to be a normal thing that happens there. Spoke to the office associates and manager nothing happened they weren’t much help at all. None of there cameras work nor would they fix them. I also had my sons Spider-Man comforter and bedding stolen from out the dryer in there wash room wich has cameras as-well but does not work. I definitely had more bad then good experiences while living here. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Between the high traffic and all the break ins you have to constantly keep an eye out Wich isn’t ideal to raise a family."

"I just moved from here 2.5 months ago. Was there for 2 years. Overall, not bad from the building I was living in. The best: Great staff and was generally quiet. The worst: Drivers and parking. Staff was always friendly to me and got maintenance on any issues I had right away. I mainly dealt with Cherice. I faced Florin Rd, but still remained pretty quiet. Pros: Staff, pool, coin-less laundry machines, centrally located, mature trees, security guard, generally felt safe coming home. Cons: over 200 units and only 1 entrance/exit, fast and very rude drivers (lot’s of honking), very limited parking for your second vehicle, many apartments have more than the limit of 2 vehicles, homeless wandering around trashcans (were always nice), kids fighting, gate always breaking, careless people littering."

"Me and my husband got married in Nov 2016. We were looking for a place that we could have the apartment hold it for a couple months and Sunflorin was able to do that for us. All we had to do was pay the deposit. We lived there for two years. The first year we were on our one year lease then we went month to month because we were looking for that perfect house for us to start a family. We loved living there and made so many wonderful memories. Robin and Precious were so accommodating to anything we needed. They also always planned so many functions for the family during each holiday or even just to get the community together for taco night. We even recommended these apartment to our friends and they moved in too. If you are looking for an affordable apartment and family and pet friendly then Sunflorin is and will be perfect for you! Thank you for all the memories Sunflorin! We will also miss all the beautiful trees!"
