"Have lived here 3+ years now and have enjoyed living here the whole time. It's really peaceful at night and it's really convenient living within a few miles from many stores for just about anything you can think of. My AC went out in the middle of June with 100 degree weather and the maintenance had the AC Company out within 7 days and had it up and running again which is a testimony in itself that the management cares about tenants and their always looking for ways to improve. I will say there are a few residents who don't know how to throw their trash in the garbage bins so that can be a mess sometimes and stinky but new management is dealing with the issue. If your looking for a nice place to live , then sommerset place might be the place for you. It definitely is for me!! 10/10 !!"

"Been living here for a year or so, and they have change management about 3 times. Not only the raise the rent like 3 times, i moved in for 750, my rent now is 782. We don't have maintenance, which suck cause if something needs to be fix, No one can help. Not only I move in with dirty carpet. They are building a Asian market right in front, so it will be busy and nosy. Their trash will be facing our apartments so there will be bums, rats, roaches etc. Smh. The area is horrible! Prostitution, drugs and killings, shooting etc. I'm thankful for a roof over my head, but can't wait to move."
