"I lived here at this apartment for about five years, one bedroom apartment with washer and dryer inside and the room and bathroom tends to be bigger than my other apartments, the location is close to college and there are supermarkets and shopping centers nearby. Apartment manager Vahid is an awesome guy and very prompt in responding to residents."

"The manager Waheed is awesome! I read a lot of bad reviews but my experience has been different, which is obviously because of the change of manager. The current manager is awesome, always ready to help promptly. The apartment complex is gated which is a good thing in terms of security. Very quiet! I also like having my own washer and dryer in my apartment. Maintenance team is quick, and very helpful. A wonderful place to call home!"

"I've only lived here a short amount of time, but so far I have been pleased. Waheed, the current manager, has been quick to help with any of my questions and requests. He is a great asset to your team. I've noticed alot of property maintenance is being done. I definitely plan on staying for awhile. REVISED AS OF 1/25/21 I've lived here 3 months, very limited guest or additional car spots. I parked my car outside of the gate for 2 1/2 months and it was broken in to. Very frustrating. I changed my 4 star rating because it doesn't seem like management cares. I've heard horror stories since. Nice complex if you have 1 car and stay indoors."

"Very beautiful apartment and the manager mark is very kind and patient. Worked with me on my application. Beautiful apartment with all new appliances and plenty of space . Grounds are kept very clean and complex is very quiet ( but not creepy quiet) . So far I love this place . Dog park is cute and parking is nice . And very close to everything."
