"Lived in Sacramento for 8 years lived at this apartment complex for a year-and-a-half starting in 2003 Steve was cheap and price gouging me back then sounds like nothing has changed. While living there on the 4th of July someone had set off fireworks and the mulch next to my door caught on fire he tried to blame me for it."

"As of 7/16/2022. Have not even rented the place and already experienced a horrible service. The manager (I think owner as well) rather have the place empty than being occupied with tenants that does not meet his standard. So glad he show his real-self before we submit any paper or exchange any money. Rent at your own risk. By just talking and getting thing situated is already bad. I can’t imagine living there. Praying for everyone going in."

"Decent place with chill neighbors and close to shopping and services. There are some pretty crazy "rules" though, so make sure you read the fine print."

"If you are considering at looking at these apartments, don't do it. You can ask pretty much any resident that lives there and they will tell you how much of a cheapskate and jerk the manager Steve is. He cannot keep a regular maintenance staff there because they quit after 1 or 2 months of working under him. So things like the gate, which is not up to safety code btw, can get repaired. And he leaves out of town Sunday through Tuesday, so there is no on site manager as required by law on those days. On top of that there is no emergency service number posted in case something happens. All in all, do not rent from here."
