"I have my concerns about the current state of affairs at the "Carefree Senior Living" property. Despite the name suggesting a carefree environment, my mother in laws experience has been far from that ideal. There have been notable issues, including insufficient parking lot lighting, incidents of car break-ins, prolonged presence of trash outside units, recurring mailbox lockouts, fence breaches, and elevator shutdowns. These challenges have collectively contributed to an environment that contradicts the notion of a carefree living experience. These issues do not seem to have been handled promptly to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of the residents. Attention to these matters are crucial in maintaining the promised standard of living at "Carefree Senior Living.""
"DONT MOVE HERE OR WORK HERE. Roaches in every room. NASTY RESIDENTS. maintenance management doesn't care about residents. RUDE doesn't speak English. Customer service is unprofessional. No security, gates always open. Don't let love ones move here."
"Moved my mom here in several years ago. It was great. Activities, shuttle that went to stores and restaraunts. Daily continental breakfast. Covid happened and now things are still not back to normal. The beauty salon is not open the hours listed and there have been many issues, prior to Covid. None of my moms friends go to the salon. It seems the company doesn't care like it once did. We were told to move belongings off of the patio/front porch because they were painting. That was Nov, it's now July and it's still not complete. No refund of any money, considering for 2 years there were zero activities and very few food offerings. The ATM was stolen again for the 3rd time, and now I hear they have no nighttime security. I was a champion of this place once, now I'm just dissapointed. I hope they get back to the 5star place they used to be."
