But you don't know what it will be like until you move in. Six months in and I can verify that these apartments are top notch. At a time when you hear about apartment buildings collapsing in New York, the Powerhouse team has invested in quality materials and maintenance. The walls are thick, the appliances are high quality and durable, lots of beautiful outdoor shared space, and you can't beat the location. The team seals the deal. Sean is the leasing manager and is attentive, a problem solver and emanates kindness. At our last apartment, we couldn't get anything fixed. Here, we put in a service request ticket and Vince arrived 5 minutes later. Vince can fix anything and I wish I knew half as much as he does. The whole team clearly cares about their work and takes amazing care of the building and its residents."
