Garfield Court Apartments

"I lived in these apartments for almost 3 years with my family. We checked into a renovated apartment, everything was clean inside. The manager Paul explained everything, showed us, helped sort out the documents, this was important for me because this was my first experience in the USA. During this time there were a couple of problems, such as the air conditioner broke and after the storm the roof in the room began to leak, I turned to the manager Paul and he solved it within a couple of days! The filters in the air conditioner are changed in a timely manner. If I had any questions, I also turned to Paul and he explained everything. I am grateful to Paul for his help."

"Our family lived in this complex for 1 year until they moved to another city. We have a very warm relationship in these apartments. Firstly, excellent management from Pavel, everything is on time, without any reminders. Support is felt in everything. Besides, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Our daughter made friends with many children there. And yet, there are so many parking spaces, there were no problems with this for our guests either. I would also mention safety, if you forgot something in the yard, then tomorrow you will definitely find it in the same place where you left the thing. It's great. The geolocation at Garfield Court is gorgeous, everything is available. Thanks for a great year."

"I've lived here for six months now; the apartments are a little old, but we still moved in because of the huge amount of parking; even though there is no washer and dryer in the unit, laundry is close by. The woodwork on the stairs is being repaired and the machines in the laundry are being changed; we also had a broken air conditioner and it was replaced with a brand new one within a few days! The pool area is quite noisy in the summer and for children it is fun to live here! The property manager Paul is a responsible and nice young man, and although it was my husband's and my first time renting an apartment, Paul patiently explained everything to us, helped us and answered our questions."
