"If you want your safety at risk, move to aspen park. If you want you and your children to live around addicts and junkies, move to aspen park apartments. If you want your vehicle broken into, destroyed and potentially stolen, move into aspen park, if you want a place that charges high fee’s and claims to be anything other than a a war zone, move to aspen park. My vehicle has been broken into twice. Additionally the security they will boast about is conveniently never anywhere to be found during the commission of a crime. They will file a report but do absolutely nothing else to ensure your safety. A 1bd 1bth is 1399$ a month but they don’t provide a washer and dryer, or even a microwave. They cater to addicts and criminals more than they protect their tenants. Not to mention anyone can walk in so you’re not safe nor is are your property or quite frankly your children. So if you want to work hard just to see your belongings destroyed and stolen, move here, if you want safety, security and a complex that will protect and help you, do not move to aspen park apartments. Also a second listing was created but it’s the same business, and they have 2.8 stars on yelp."

"I had a great time during my staying in this apartment. The neighbors are friendly, and most of the time is quite place. the maintainance workers gives fast service and they are polite. The office workers are active, They are always in the office to help the tenants. Recently all rooms remodeled, with new doors and new windows, also the roofs are re insulated. So, I strongly recommend to rent this apartment. I thank you all management and workers for your great work!! Thomas."

"My little family of 3 have been here for a year and can no longer stand it. The tiniest parking, no security, horrible service in the office (other than Tina, WE LOVE YOU), ridiculous rent and on top of that now we are experiencing random charges upon submitting our "60 day". We were shown the "display apartment" and upon moving in discovered that the cabinets are falling apart, carpet was not laid properly, paint was a rush job (at it's best), foundation problems leading to cracks in the walls and ceilings and MOLD. Laundry facility is the worst I have ever seen. The maintenance team is the best thing these apartments have going for them. Other than that, we are happy to leave! *EDITED TO ADD* I forgot to mention the financial manager who parks in handicap spots and the blatant ADA violations when it comes to accessable parking and navigation on sidewalks for my Veteran father..."
