"We’ve been living here for 3 years now and we love the area coz it’s close the school. Anyway, My car got towed the other day due to parking in guest parking and unfortunately when we came home theirs no available parking at that time that’s why we end up parking at the guest parking. I wasn’t aware that if you’re a residents here you’re not allowed to park at guest parking. I would’ve think only certain time like for instance from 8 am to 10 pm guest parking will be for guest and after 10 pm residents can park there. As I’ve mentioned earlier there’s no available parking at the time we arrive and when I called the RT towing company he said he towed it at 12:30 am and theirs available 5 I believe he said parking space and so what we have to go out and keep checking if theirs available space. The RT towing company is not really far but man they charged me $416. I mean, as i residents here at Harlow we don’t have privilege to park in guest parking and we got ripped by this towing thing. It’s sad coz I thought we will be protected and safe when we lived here but instead we experienced this. I mean if this is the policy then I seen a lot of car parking in guest parking and they don’t get tow. I don’t know it’s pretty upsetting and disappointed about this. The RT towing personnel that I talked too is very rude. Anyway, just a heads up don’t park in guest parking if you’re a residents or you have a permit to park."

"I'm tired of seeing big cockroaches in my home. It's a big inconvenience because then they send pest control into your home and you gotta move everything out! Don't move here. They charge too much and you can't even use the amenities, they're shut down when the office is closed. It's only for show, we can't use it because we're all at work during the day. Weekend it's full of kids. Kids run around the apartments too, unsupervised. Front gate is always broke, we don't get remotes for the gate."

"My experiences with The Harlow have always been excellent. Elizabeth the manager, and Jeannette the assistant manager have always provided excellent customer service, and whenever there has been a need, they have always seen to it that it was addressed A.S.A.P.! Today, Friday, June 18th, 2021, I called the office and advised Jeannette that there was a wasp nest forming on our patio, and that tomorrow we are having a family cookout, and it would make BBQing somewhat difficult for my son in law. Within about an hour to an hour and a half, the maintenance personnel, Rob and Cory, were at my door to address the need. And they did an outstanding job as usual. No more wasp, and now our family can enjoy the day tomorrow without dodging stinging wasps. They even took my trash out for me too. And no, I didn't ask them too, they just offered. In addition to being professionals at what they do, Rob and Cory are both friendly, and never make you feel like their job is a chore. They make you feel like they are happy to be of service. The entire staff at The Harlow, from the management to the maintenance personnel are great! My family and I enjoy living here."

"I have been living here a year and I love it. The manager Elizabeth is very helpful and is very welcoming. Rob and Corey the maintenance guys work wonders. They are very efficient and get the job done. I'm so happy to call this place my home. To have a wonderful team to deal with. They all go above and beyond to make sure we all are happy here. Would definitely recommend to anyone this should be your home."
