"Good place to build your rental history. $95 application fees the highest I’ve ever seen. Hidden disclosures in lease. Takes a long time to get things fixed. Limited parking or hard to find if u have a 2nd car in the household."

"Management doesn't care about their tenants. On top of rent, which is excessive for the old drafty apartments you have to pay water sewer and garbage. This adds an extra 100.00 a month. Would never recommend."
