"To the future tenant and viewers. The reason for my one star rating is as follows: 1: since the new management took over mailbox was broken for 4 months and the manager disrespect you if you wanted to ask about it. 2: the gates are broken, if you go to office she arrogantly will talk to you with disgraceful tone of voice. 3: new management brought in tenants that made the complex trashy and weed bar. 4: She the manager is arrogant and probably not able to communicate politely. 5: come on I mean the complex is getting dirty and full of trash with weird weed smokers. 6: I wish I could give zero star to new management not to the complex."

"Let me start off by saying the ladies in the office go above and beyond their job. When the water got shut off the manager was here until 11pm at night passing out water to residents and she did not have to do so and I was very thankful because iam disabled , management gets a lot of backlash from residents because of all the new changes but it isn’t their fault they are just doing their job, Andrea the property manager is amazing when mail was getting delivered to the property because they were broken she would bring my mail to my door and if I get a package and she sees it she knocks on my door and let me know that it is there. Overall management team is trying as they are new with taking over this property and coming in and cleaning up this mess , they have done more in the little bit of time they’ve been here then any other team that has been in then office. And iam happy with them."

"To whom it may concern: What the hell is going on here? The new management taking the shenandoah to the Hieghts level of ghettos. They are uneducated, racist and full of hatred. Since they took over you weird tenants appeared which throw trash in parking lots even in front of their door steps. Snook mirjauana in-front of my door steps not even respecting my kids. New series of tenants are coming and they reside over ten people in 3 bedroom apartment these tenants are disrespectful and consistently smoking mirjuanna in and throw their food trash on walksides. Whoever owns this DAMN complex please take action and resolve the Issues."

"The managers at this apartment are bringing this complex down to a ghetto level. They are rude, inconsiderate and racist to any other ethnic group than black. They are a do as I say not as I do kind of management style. They got a non black coworker fired and refused to help her do her job. They are making the complex look trashy. I have seen how they are rude to white residence and other non-black residence. Many want to complain but they retaliate against those that speak up. No one can have visitors because of the new parking rules and management doesn’t care. They don’t live there and they are abusing their authority. My next task will be to complain to the Fair Housing Bureau and any other agency where I can expose this behavior and that of the ownership as they too don’t care how their employees treat the tenants."
