"So overall pretty quiet neighborhood, however occasionally you’ll have a shootout, someone crashing their car or some homeless people roaming. There are lots of break-ins , people stealing tires and Cadillac converters, just be careful. I’m a young lady and most of the time I felt ok to go out to walk my dog however like I said lots of homeless people and just random people roaming the neighborhood. So if you’re young like me some guys might cat call here and there. The biggest issue is inside the units, it is infested with roaches and as clean as you may be they’ll still come around. I was there for 3 years, my first year I didn’t see any however the last two they started appearing more and more and I couldn’t get rid of them. Many neighbors had same issue, a lot of people believed they were coming from the pipes or something. Idk just not the cleanest place for a family in my opinion. Loved the closet space, and how big the room and living rooms was , however in a one bedroom the kitchen is tight and very very small and that’s where you’ll see a lot of little pests. Also the tap water wasn’t clear always looked gray or something i suggest getting a filter. The amenities were ok, gym small and out of date, pool small, I never wanted to use it. Best part is that they have a club house. Best parts about living there was having a garage And how friendly and welcoming the neighbors are, you can make a lot nice neighborhood friends, just takes saying a little hi here and there."
"The back ground screening company is not accurate it almost had my father homeless with in accurate reporting it took a month and 4 days to get an approval on an apartment so i guess they were digging looking for stuff and came up with lies because my father is a veteran of 40 years and dosent have a criminal record and if he did the complex goes against federal guidelines by stating they don't accept no felonies or misdemeanors i guess the only people who can move there are people who have dui because that's the crime they didn't state in the move in criteria and that's also discrimination to people who have been wrongfully convicted or who has turn there life around very sad my dad income is 6280 3x would have been 6525 and this was a key factor are you serious Fair housing is definitely gonna hear about this The BBB and also consumer affairs i had enough if the stuff rental practices that big companies are getting away with enough is enough it's time for you guys to follow the laws and codes set up for you to follow"
"The maintenance crew are extremely helpful. The office personnel handles our work orders well and in a timely manner. Last they have events for holidays and share information"
"I hope you do all your tenants right (no rent payments, free medical services, free counseling), especially the ones living directly upstairs, after allowing that nasty tenant who was hoarding cats to continue without action. Are you slum lords? Clean it up NOW. I hope someone sues your company for this lack of adequate property management. SO DISGUSTING!!!"
"Me and my fiancé have lived here for 3 years and it’s been the worst place I’ve ever resided at. We only stay because we’re almost ready to buy a house and we’re able to do month to month (only reason!) Where do I start, my car has been broken into 3 times and my fiancés truck has been stolen once (2 months ago) and last week they tried again. I have been to the office multiple times requesting cameras or lights for the parking lot and every time I get “Our property management (CTL management) doesn’t approve cameras in that area and they may approve lights ” so basically they don’t care and won’t do anything about preventing theft. They care more about investing in making the appearance of the apartments look better and rising the rent than their tenants. Do not waste your money, you’ll have to invest in good car insurance if you do rent here. My neighbors car was broken into yesterday and almost stolen, it’s a weekly occurrence at this point."
