"I've been living in apartments my whole life and I must say that my experience with Uni and Olga at The Fountains at Point West has been by far the most pleasurable. They always have the best attitudes and energy and are always accommodating far beyond what's required. I always leave the office feeling satisfied and inspired. They are truly a breath of fresh air and by far the best apartment staff I have ever experienced."

"I would not recommend this place if you have any other options. Cockroaches in the apartments, gate was constantly broken, the fitness center is only open when the leasing office is open and they often randomly close early or during the day. We had packages stolen from our front door, Amazon lockers are constantly full so the delivery drivers just leave them out in the mail room and of course they are stolen from there too. I would never recommend living in one of the inside buildings as the doors and walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Not sure if it was a resident or someone just hanging around but a man followed me to my apartment and tried to enter after me. The neighborhood is not great, there are at least 2-4 broken down RVs across the street at all times. Anytime there is a late night event at Cal Expo you can hear it. Upon moving out we were cut a check for our deposit and it had both my boyfriend and my name on it. Neither of our banks would let us deposit it because we didn’t have a joint account. For some reason they couldn’t cut a check with just one of our names so now we are having to go make a joint account together, just to deposit the check. We emailed several times and got no response about this either. Which is not surprising because while living there I emailed them about concerns and never got a single response. They claimed they mailed us an itemized bill of what was taken out of the security deposit but we never received it, even though we gave the correct mailing address. After finally receiving the breakdown we were charged for carpet replacement for carpet that was already on poor condition when we moved in and had normal wear and tear, absolutely not okay. Also $750 for “full paint” and $245 for a cleaning. No receipts were provided. Waiting for a response from the leasing office but will not be surprised if we do not get a response based on our track record with them. We will be contacting Bridge Property Management directly regarding this. UPDATE: 8 days since I sent the original email, no response. Then we emailed Sylvia, as their response to this review requested us to do. 4 days and still no response from her either. Not surprising!"
