"Lived at Westlake Apartments for over 6 years and I have loved the quiet lake location near the Sacramento River. My neighbors are friendly. The apartments have been beautifully renovated inside and outside. Watching the sunset over the lake while the ducks, geese and gosling enjoy the lake is truly a treat. And the apartment manager, Lydia, is just perfect. She is prompt to respond to any issues and always has a positive attitude. She obviously enjoys her job and has a personal investment in the smooth running of the building. Thank you Lydia!"

"My girlfriend and I just moved out of Westlake and we loved it so much! Everything was super new and modern and exactly what we were looking for in an apartment. The room we had was super big, enough for a queen sized bed, big dresser, and desk. We really enjoyed the full length mirrors and really big closet the size of one wall. Kitchen was open concept with so we could talk while making dinner and the counter space /storage was awesome. Everything being renovated and brand new really made it different than other apartments we were looking at. I fish and the lake behind the complex was super fun to walk around and go kayaking in. The neighborhood/complex is really peaceful and our neighbors always looked out for each other. Whenever we had problems or concerns Lydia was there to help us through it. She made the moving in and out process really easy for us, always walking us through the process and paperwork. She’s really open and is very helpful whenever we had questions. She would always ask how we’re doing and how the place is just to check up on her residents. She’s really built a good community there and I can see why so many people want to stay. If we could we would still be there!"

Our manager has so much compassion for her residents . Her team is amazing. It shows when you visit the property. Even though Westlake is under renovation, she still manages everything to her best abilities and she still has a smile on her face. I will recommend living here. Lydia if you are reading this.
