"I liked everything about this place ... Until they lied to me about being able to qualify. Basically I was given the runaround and in the end was told I needed a cosigner or I couldn't get in at all. Very disappointing how terms changed every time I called."

"I lived here for almost 4 years. I lived through the renovation of the entire complex exterior and it looks a lot better than it did before. This place really worked with me through and after covid! The maintenance team is prompt and efficient. I wished it was quieter at the front end of the complex and that they could have buckled down on people parking illegally in fire zones overnight and throughout the day. Other than that and the fact that you can't have animals under a year old in your apartment, this place is great for a starter home and it's quiet most nights."

"My husband and I contacted the property management of this establishment from out of state to inquire about a rental. We made it clear we were not in Sacramento upon the initiation of the conversation. We were advised to fill out the online application and then told the unit would be on hold for us until we arrive once the $50 fee was submitted for each of us. We proceeded to do so. Shortly after, I received a call from property management saying they had to cancel our application for the unit until we could provide our social security cards in person. She insisted it had to be in person and could not be provided as an emailed document. I asked her why we were not advised of this upon the initial conversation when we clearly stated we are trying to establish a rental from out of state. She said “I do not know” and proceeded to tell me we could come in when we get to town and redo the application but she couldn’t guarantee there would be a unit. I asked if our $100 was going to be refunded and she said no. They had already used it to process our background checks. Long story short, these people robbed us of $100 on an application fee because they neglected to explain to us that we needed to provide SS cards in person even though we specifically asked if everything could be done at a distance. They ran our background checks knowing they were going to cancel our application anyway. And then proceeded to call me afterwards to basically tell me they ripped us off and can’t guarantee a unit after all. Very disorganized. Not helpful. Sloppy work. Moving is hard enough, paying tons of application fees just to have $100 wasted is so disappointing."

"Best apartment complex ever!! Staff and management are just too awesome. Cynthia will serve breakfast super early in the morning. I should have took a pic. She will do the absolute best to handle any issue or work with you to solve anything. Been staying here for years neighbors are friendly the area is quiet the community is active. Kids, people Exercising using the gym and pool area basketball court. management will throw parties. Up to date news letters. Working class community quiet in the day more active in evenings."
