"Beware! All the gates are open except for the car. Anybody can go inside anytime. My son’s car window was broken March 15 and we asked for cctv recording and it looks like the camera is just a dummy, they told me they are not responsible in anything. April 16, my car window was broken and it is parked inside, not in the street. I again asked for video recording and that’s the only time they said the cameras are not working. The manager said even if someone breaks into your house, they are not responsible. We don’t have security at all. It is not a brand new apartment and they charge you a lot. Aside from the deposit, they were asking us to pay more. BEWARE!!!!"

"Kim, the Manager, is responsive and thorough. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is prompt. The property is conveniently located in a very safe area. Very close to shops, restaurants and walking trails."

"Apartment has mold in bathroom, and insects (ants and flies). water leaks onto the kitchen floor. Driveway gate frequently is stuck open, allowing trespassers to come in. There are drug dealing tenants.. Some tenants complain of car break ins. The so called landlord does not return your rent deposit. He finds excuses and lies on the rent deposit deposition form. The security camera is a fake."
