"We lived at Iron Gate Apartments for over 3 years and loved every minute of it! The apartments are right off the freeway and located conveniently across the street from Bel-Aire. There are several parks within walking distance and located in a great neighborhood. Management is responsive and very kind. The front office is accommodating with great communication. Jessica was phenomenal with handling our concerns in making sure we were well taken care of. If you're looking into living at Iron Gate Apartments, we would 10/10 recommend it. The only downfall is parking can be troubling at times but there ample guest parking at one end of the complex. We will truly miss living here."
"I still live here, 5 months in. Don’t bother with management they only cater to you when you’re brand new trying to get an apartment. If you happen to get Dervin to show you around when you’re looking make sure you get a second or even third opinion from other management ESPECIALLY if you’re wondering where your parking spot is located. Dervin told us he “believes” and was “pretty sure” our parking spot is right in front of our unit, even pointed out the exact spot, turns out it’s on the other side of the lot, they did not tell us until AFTER signing the lease and completely moved out of our old apartment. I wasn’t happy with that so he said “I’ll see what my manager can do, I wanna help you guys out” and ignored the email I sent him asking for an update. He just completely brushed it off, 5 months later and I don’t think he’ll get back to us on that haha. Speaking of parking spots, I had to park across the road at the grocery store parking lot after a long day at work because there were no parking spots, also mentioned to management, completely ignored. When we first came in we were told they had “plenty of parking spaces, you shouldn’t have problems finding a spot”. That was a complete lie, by 6-8 pm the entire lot is full. Recently about 3 weeks or so ago we had someone’s guest park in our spot, we figured out who it was and what unit, told management to talk to them, they said they would and today they same people’s guest parked in our spot again. So nothing was obviously done about that. Anyway just make sure you get you information correctly and if you can in writing, and be specific with every questions even if your questions were answered make sure they’re a hundred percent being honest with you because they lie and once you sign that lease they couldn’t care less. UPDATE: I wrote the review above 3 months ago, since then my car got broken into. So much for security."
"I’ve had to park across the road at the grocery store parking lot after a 12 hour shift AGAIN. I can’t tell you how many times I had to do that in the 6 months I’ve lived here. A lot of screaming kids. Also the workers fixing up the other apartment units parked their golf cart in our parking spot and would blast music from a speaker at 9 in the morning which would wake up my significant other who works late shift and would get home at 4am. Managements are unresponsive, they only respond before signing the lease, then once you’re locked in they no longer care."
"When I first moved in this place was awesome they give you everything to please you into signing a lease once you’ve signed your lease that’s when they start adding on extra fees like my rent increased like $75 then I have water sewer and garbage that’s not included in the rent they bill you separately my rent went from 2100 to 2,480 amonth just make sure you don’t go out on disability because they won’t accommodate or wave late fees while your on disability insurance. I want to move to downgrade however I don’t want to break my lease! I’d rather pay ,1800 amonth.. living in IRONGATE my car got broken into they tried to steal my converter then my garage was burglarized!! A few of my neighbors cars was also broken into we made complaints about having night security however I haven’t seen any!! They need to do better by helping the tenants and getting security for safety!!"
