"DO NOT MOVE HERE ! This place is a disaster. From the outside Tanzinite homes look nice but once you live here and make your way around the community it’s less than. Shotty construction and the construction teams are filthy, leaving their trash everywhere. They have children living in their construction trailer on site, that you will see outside playing or cooking late night after hours. The homes are falling apart, with cheap building materials used, toilets clog constantly, locks don’t work, fences have broken completely with heavy winds, gravel is horrible due to not being built properly the first time around. They have a hug nat problem around the entire community. When moving in we were promised the fitness center and amenities would be open soon. Due to the teams incompetence they didn’t order a power transformer in time and now we’re having to wait due to their negligence. Leasing staff is just as scattered brained and lacks compassion due to all the mishaps around this community. If I can save anyone a headache and money, DO NOT MOVE TO TANZANITE HOMES"

"UPDATE- My Car was Broken Into , my packages got stolen from my door and my camera caught someone in my backyard without permission , garbage day is a hit and miss for the price the place is not all that great , I was locked out of my garage due to no power , my door locks keep failing this is ridiculous and craftsmanship sucks the new office people seem to not care about concerns brought to their attention , they ask us for feedback about the community when they should already know this stuff they run the place. Look elsewhere if you get the chance ! Oh and By the Way the new management company runs another community nearby called offsets where I was promised my holding deposit back and it’s been 3 months and I have not yet received my money every time I ask there is a different lame excuse they are some type of lie masters, stay away from these fraudulent company. So far I absolutely love living here. From the moment I came to take a tour to moving in everything has gone so smoothly. David the maintenance guy greeted me with a big smile and helped me move my belongings in , I was walked through my unit he notified me of the do’s and don’t of the appliances and proper operations , there was a couple imperfections from construction and when contacting the office it was addressed immediately , I recommended my family here and they will be moving sooner than later thankful for the opportunity given to live here in this quiet location , the only downfalls so far is the black bugs everywhere, dirt parking, USPS and the gravel on the side of house makes messes . Alex has been great & the manager decorated my apartment upon move in it made me feel special ! that’s a first for me. I am glad I broke my lease at my last residence it was a nightmare"

"Such a scam. Applied and saw a unit on 11/18. The rooms were extremely small, withdrew my application the same day. The owners Switched property managers without informing me. Now I’m chasing down the old company to get my holding deposit back."

"When I first contact the property it was by a voicemail message, I was excited to receive a call while the property was still under construction. The staff was very polite and it was a pleasant experience to talk with the staff and welcome me and encourage me to rent at this location. The staff is very professional and makes the visit tour very welcoming. They also keep a follow up with me about the property, even though I was not ready to rent as of yet. I recommend those who are seeking a peaceful and welcoming community to check out this place. The view is so beautiful, and yes luxuries are amazingly created nicely. The 2 bathroom master bedroom is OMG beautiful, even the second bathroom is so spacious. The kitchen I love is separated giving space and room to cook, the backyard is spacious for a patio decorations, the windows are large giving you a nice warm view and lovely view at night. "Never felt more at home than my first day here. Everyday so far in this community has been a relaxing calm vibe. Our house feels luxurious and everything is very well designed. Any issues we run into the management gets right on it and goes above and beyond. Looking forward to many months/years of living here!"
