"I moved here from Texas sight unseen two years ago. The manager, Jacque was helpful from the beginning. She always responded immediately to any question I may have had. Upon moving in any requests for minor maintenance issues were handled within a day of the request. Her communication was detailed, friendly and timely. The complex is quiet, residents are respectful and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Love having an assigned parking spot. I am moving up to Washington state with family and hope my next apartment is as well managed as this one is."
"The best place I have lived so far. It's quiet, well maintained, there's a pool and security patrol...People mostly keep to themselves. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no guest parking but street parking is always available. I haven't had a single issue with the place. The only downside is no pets except for ESA."
