"Worse place to live. Staff is rude! Not helpful what so ever, if you have any problems they do NOTHING to help fix it. They let anyone move in. Always fights breaking out. Rude neighbors. Parking is terrible, they give you a pass but then let anyone without one park & take all the spots that are suppose to be for RESIDENTS. 0 out of 10! Def wouldn’t recommend this place."

"They refused to provide me a 100% disabled veteran with a reasonable accommodation for a parking spot so I could park a uhaul to move. They are in violation of the ADA, and they told me they don't care."

"Scammers. My family and I lived here for about a year My car got towed one day (while parked in my assigned spot) because they changed parking companies a few months after we paid $20 to their former company for a permit- no warning or heads up. We had to pay $900 after we moved (on top of already keeping our $500? dollar deposit.) Our house wasn’t left a mess- just normal wear and tear things that can be expected after living somewhere a year. Neither hot tubs work. Also there’s mice running around the parking lots. The only positive recognition this place deserves is that the maintenance team are very friendly and do a great job in a timely manner and the groundskeepers consistently keep the outside looking nice."

"People that live there are pigs that leave trash everywhere and do not pick up after their pets. Rent is too high. Update - they raised the rent yet again but there have been no upgrades made. I finally moved out and am living in a much nicer complex for $500 less. Since my last review, they changed management and now it's even worse. The ladies that work there are snooty and clueless. They are not customer friendly at all. All they care about now is the money and so they rent the places out to people who do not care about the place and throw their garbage out everywhere. There are families moving in with five and seven kids and they let the kids destroy the property, play unsupervised and be really rude. One neighbor is absolutely nuts and is always yelling at other tenants for no reason. Her teenagers smoke pot and play disgusting, explicit, degrading music, and even the little kids know all the words to it. Then there's another neighbor that has rave parties just about every night and plays music super loud all night while friends run in and out of the apartment yelling and cursing. Sadly all the good tenants, including me, left and are being replaced by ghetto garbage. Oh and by the way don't expect to get your deposit back. I had it professionally cleaned and took pictures to show that I even covered every single little hole in the wall and repainted. despite the fact that they always change the carpet when somebody moves out they charged me for it. I got less than half my deposit back even though the HCA rep told me to my face that my apartment was cleaner than most."

"Very expensive($2200+/month), NO luxury, Dirty, and LESS than average. I am so glad that I am leaving. Management is TERRIBLE and maintenance is very minimal/ ineffective. Parking is overly strict and they have WRONGFUL towings. Its a waste of time but I disputed EVERYONE and won. Sure you get your money back but it still sucks to wake up for work and your car is gone. This place is also trashy. My apartment is infested with roaches STILL after exterminating them 3 times. the rooms get very humid and start to smell and people here do not pick up after themselves or animals. Garbage is overflowing with furniture and trash. Any complaints are ignored by management and they are defensive towards you. I host meetings/stay and the place was in such bad condition that I was banned from hosting due to safety concerns of the area. I don't think its Dangerous but there are always cops here for disputes and its never quiet. Children/teens loiter a lot. They literally have chairs in the middle of the street. The teens here are trying so hard to be rebels but they are only in the way on traffic and block the roads regularly. Security there is useless Below are just a couple pictures I have"
