"First of all, the leasing company here is amazing!! Very easy to contact, on top of communication and getting things done quickly, and super nice staff. Really enjoyed dealing with them. The complex is very nicely kept up and the apartment inside has very good quality work done. The complex we are in, which is Spring Gardens, has an elevator and garages to rent as well so very convenient. It’s in a great neighborhood with a new park right across the street and downtown La Mesa less than a mile down the road. I’ve even recommended family and friends here to rent. Great monthly price. 5 stars for sure"

"Do not rent here. Broken skylight in bathroom was noted on move in checklist by us. Leaked on the first rain after a month. Just covered with a tarp. Not repaired. Requested to be fixed again two months later. They just covered with a tarp again. On move out, 9 months later, skylight in bathroom still broken. Just covered with tarp. Not repaired. Place says no smoking, but apartment and hallways reek of long term cigarette smoke. Multiple police activity, gun shots, drug sales and a fire. This place is a slum lords dream. Repeat....DO.NOT.RENT.HERE"
