"The walls are so thin that you can hear nextdoor, upstairs, and downstairs neighbors. I have been trying my best to make a complaint, but every time the manager doesn't answer and it's passed the time for break. The noise has been disturbing me and my school. I have already emailed the apartment complex and haven't received an email since three weeks. It's disrespectful overall."

"By Far the WORST place I have ever lived. Everything in the unit is extremley Cheap. Cabinet doors are falling off hindges, flooring is lifting. When I initially moved in I had a bathroom door handle placed on the front door (Major Safety Concern!), holes in the apoxy on the bathtub which caused an outpour silver fish bugs from underneath the tub. I had a leak from underneath my sink and which caused stale carpet, drywall mold and wood underneath the sink to bubble and become corroded. There is an awful mildew smell and I believe it caused some respritory problems with my one year old child. Maint issues are not addressed properly and voicemails and emails to Monique Felix (Regional Manager) go unanswered. The Manager is very rude and sticks her nose up at the tenants. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! NATIONAL CORE CLEARLY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF LOW INCOME FAMILIES."
